Profile and demographic information. Preferences, marketing choices, date of birth, gender, and other information you choose to include in your account or provide to us.
Communications and support information. Information you provide when you contact us by email, phone, webform, social media, or customer support, including the contents of your messages and our records of those communications.

If you create a wholesale, reseller, distributor, or other business account, we may also collect business information such as your company name, account type, job title, position, business role, Social Security number if you operate as a sole proprietorship, Federal EIN, Tobacco License Number, Sales Tax ID, and other tax, license, or resale certificate information you provide.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we may collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, and information about how you interact with the site. We collect some of this information through cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy section.
Information from service providers. Our online store may be hosted, supported, or operated through e-commerce platform providers, payment service providers, and related vendors. Those providers may collect and process certain information in connection with checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, and order management. If a provider offers its own privacy notice for those services, that provider’s privacy practices will apply to information it processes in that role.
Information from resellers and distributors. We do not knowingly collect biometric information, sensory data, non-public education information, or protected classification characteristics for purposes of the Services.

We do not sell personal information. If we use optional marketing cookies that support targeted advertising, that activity may be considered sharing under California law. You can control optional cookies through our cookie preference settings and, where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of targeted advertising.

We use sensitive personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide the services and complete the transactions you request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you do, we may require written proof that you authorized the agent to act for you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us or confirm directly with us that you provided the agent permission to submit the request. If the agent has valid power of attorney under applicable law, we will process the request in accordance with that authority.
XXI. Response Timing and Format
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and describe how we will process it. We generally respond within 45 days after receiving a verifiable request. If reasonably necessary, we may extend that period once for an additional 45 days and will notify you if we do. If applicable, we will provide responsive information in a portable and readily usable format.
