When you use the Services, we may collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, and information about how you interact with the site. We collect some of this information through cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy section.

Information from service providers. Our online store may be hosted, supported, or operated through e-commerce platform providers, payment service providers, and related vendors. We do not sell personal information. If we use optional marketing cookies that support targeted advertising, that activity may be considered sharing under California law. If you do, we may require written proof that you authorized the agent to act for you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us or confirm directly with us that you provided the agent permission to submit the request. If the agent has valid power of attorney under applicable law, we will process the request in accordance with that authority.

XXI. Response Timing and Format
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and describe how we will process it. We generally respond within 45 days after receiving a verifiable request. If reasonably necessary, we may extend that period once for an additional 45 days and will notify you if we do. If applicable, we will provide responsive information in a portable and readily usable format.

If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal by emailing info@dripdropdistro.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will review and respond to your appeal within the time required by applicable law. If we deny your appeal, we will provide information about how you may contact your state Attorney General or other applicable regulator, where required by law.
